No. It’s a calculator and notebook, not professional advice. Please read the Food Safety Notice before you cure.

The cure amounts look off. What should I do?

Always weigh curing salt on a gram scale and verify against your cure manufacturer’s instructions and USDA/FSIS guidance. If you think a calculation is wrong, email us with the details.
